Amend the following rule:

453. Free Parking
Free Parking is a game entity that may contain points or other game assets as defined by the rules. Free Parking begins with an initial content of 20 points. Other rules may add to the contents of Free Parking.

Each active player shall choose number between 1 and 100 and notify the Public Forum of that choice. The number shall remain in effect until the player notifies the Public Forum of a new choice. No two players may have the same number, with the earliest declaration taking precedence. A player who does not declare a number is not eligible to receive Free Parking.

At the end of each turn, the Administrator shall randomly choose a winning number between 1 and 100. If a player's number matches the winning number and the player voted that turn, that player shall receive the contents of Free Parking. When this occurs, Free Parking shall be reset to an inital content of 20 points. Any additions to the contents of Free Parking at the end of a turn shall be added after the contents have been distributed, if applicable.

Amend the following rule:

460. The Mappa
There exists in Nomicron the Mappa. The Mappa is a 10 by 10 square grid that represents the territory that each player owns in Nomicron. Each square is represented by its position on the grid, with the letters A-J on the x-axis and the numbers 1-10 on the y-axis.

Immediately after the Mappa is created, each active player may claim one and only one initial space for free by notifying the Forum of the square they wish to have. When a player?s proposal passes, that player may claim a space on the Mappa that is adjacent to a space they already own by notifying the Forum. Diagonal spaces do not count.

The Administrator will appoint an Officer of the Mappa to keep track of the Mappa and maintain a website that displays the current Mappa.

A player may not claim a space previously claimed by another player.

The Administrator will appoint an Officer of the Mappa to keep track of the Mappa and maintain a website that displays the current Mappa.

When a player joins Nomicron, they recieve one free space on the Mappa. If at anytime, for whatever reason, a player has no spaces on the Mappa, that player may claim one free space.

When a player is deemed inactive or retires, all of that player's spaces on the Mappa are marked as 'unowned'. Spaces are not removed when a player goes on Nomic Break.
