There shall exist a sub-game of Nomicron called Survivor:Nomicron, forthwith known as Survivor. There may only be one game of Survivor at any time. A game of Survivor is started the following turn after the Administrator (or designee) declares "Survivors ready?" in the Public Forum. Only Active Players at the point in which the "Survivors ready?" statement is made are participants in the game of Survivor.
At the start of each turn all active, non-eliminated Survivor players shall cast a Survivor vote to eliminate a fellow Survivor player from the game of Survivor.
The Survivor player that scored the highest number of points in the previous turn has immunity and may not be voted out. If there are multiple Survivor players with the highest score then, of those players, the Survivor player with the highest overall score receives immunity. In the event that there is still a tie, then no survivor votes may be cast until the following turn.
Survivor players may not cast a Survivor vote for themselves.
The Survivor player receiving the most Survivor votes each turn shall be eliminated from the game of Survivor:Nomicron and then joins the Survivor Jury. Jury members may not participate in any aspects of the Survivor game until the Final Round.
When there are only two players left in the game of Survivor each member of the Survivor Jury casts a vote to determine the winner of Survivor. In the Final Round Jury members state which player they feel should win the game.
The winner of Survivor receives 50 points.
In the event of a tie during the Final Round a re-vote is called. If the re-vote is still a tie, then the Jury is delcared Hung, the game of Survivor ends and the 50 points are added to Free Parking.
A round or turn of Surivior is equivalant to a regular Nomicron turn. All votes in Survivor are due by the end of the game turn with results to be published by the start of the next game turn.
Amendments or rules relating the game of Survivor:Nomicron may not take effect until the end of the Surivor:Nomicron game in progress.
This rule takes precedence over other rules related to Survivor:Nomicron.

Recruitment bonus II
Players may earn a recruitment bonus of 11 (eleven) points if a player they recommend joins Nomicron. In addition to fulfilling the requirements to join as laid out in other rules, the recruited player must state to the public forum the active player's name that recruited them. Recruits must remain as an active, voting player for five consecutive turns in order for the recruting player to recieve the bonus.

In order to be eligible for the bonus, the recruited player must be new to Nomicron (not a previous player). Only one player shall be eligible to receive the recruitment bonus for a new player. If the new player states they were recruited by more than one player, then the name mentioned first shall take precedence in determining eligiblity for the bonus.
At the time this rule becomes effective, any previously earned recruitment bonuses shall be awarded immediately.

When submitting a proposal, a player may specify a "Vote Reward Pool" or VRP. The VRP is a number of points from 0 to the players' point total, inclusive. The number of points in the VRP is subtracted from the submitting player's point total upon the passage or failure of the proposal.
If the proposal passes, all players voting for the proposal receive an equal share of the VRP, rounding down (e.g. if there were 9 points in the VRP and 4 players voted for a passing proposal, each would get 2 points).
If no VRP is specified with a proposal, it is assumed to be 0 (zero).

On The Mappa, each Space shall have an Elevation. The Elevation of a Space is a positive integer equal to the Height of the Tower built on it. A Space without a Tower has Elevation zero (0). A Space may only contain one Tower.
A Player who owns a Space can increase its Height by building a Tower on that Space. By notification to the Forum, a Player may build a Tower on any Space they own or increase the Height of any Tower they own. The Height of a Tower cannot be decreased.
