Biocron exists to establish a biography of all active players of Nomicron. Players may submit a biography and photo of themselves (or other graphic) to the Biocron administrator for publication on this page.
Players who submit a biography shall include their Nomicron identification and the date they became an active player.

Players shall be able to trade 15 points to designate a number. This number shall correspond to the free parking winning number.
A player may designate up to 10 numbers per turn.
If a player designates a number that is equal to the free parking winning number, that player will win 50% of the points in free parking.
The other 50% will go to the player that has that number as their chosen free parking number. If no player has that number as their chosen free parking number, the remaining 50% of points stay in free parking.
If more than one player has designated a number that is the free parking winning number, those players shall equally split 50% of the points in free parking rounding up to the nearest integer.
All points paid by a player to designate a number will be added to free parking.
This action shall take place during a single turn, points must be designated by the end of the turn and are only designated for that turn.
After the free parking number is determined and properly compensated as outlined in the ruleset, the designated numbers a player chose for the previous turn are not designated to that player anymore. A player may choose to trade points for that number for the next turn.

Topographic Mappa
On The Mappa, each Space shall have an Elevation. The Elevation of a Space is a positive integer equal to the Height of the Tower built on it. A Space without a Tower has Elevation zero (0). A Space may only contain one Tower.
A Player who owns a Space can increase its Height by building a Tower on that Space. By notification to the Forum, a Player may build a Tower on any Space they own or increase the Height of any Tower they own. The Height of a Tower cannot be decreased.
The total Height of all Towers a Player owns cannot exceed their Seniority Points.

There shall exist as a game entity the Nomicow. The Nomicow roams the Mappa moving in a straight line, three squares at the beginnig of each turn. The direction Nomicow moves is determined randomly. The Nomicow may not move diagonally. If the Nomicow reaches the edge of the Mappa it will continue its movement from the opposite edge.
If a player wins Free Parking while the Nomicow is on a square they possess then that player shall win double the amount in Free Parking. However, if the player possesses the Atomic Bomb during this event, the player will lose double the amount in Free Parking. The lost points shall go into Free parking.
The inital position of the Nomicow shall be determined by the Administrator.

When this rule is implemented, perform the following actions in the order below:
1. Amend rule 221 to read:
"Active Status
A. Active Player Status
Active players continue to be active players until, by rule, they are not.
"A.1. Inactivity Through Inactivity
An active player who does not vote or explicitly abstain on at least one proposal for 3 consecutive turns becomes an inactive player at the end of the third turn. Half of that player's points shall be deducted from their total and put into Free Parking.
"B. Reactivation
An inactive player may become active by notifying the Administrator, who shall notify the Public Forum. The reactivation may be challenged by a Request for Judgment, the ruling of which could keep the player in inactive status. Otherwise, the player shall become active at the beginning of the following turn.
"C. Nomic Break
An Active Player may take a Nomic Break for a set period of turns by declaring their intent to the Public Forum.
"The declaration must be sent prior to the break in order to be valid. The player must state the starting and ending dates that correspond with a game turn start and finish in order to be valid.
"A player on Nomic Break may not participate in any game aspects while on Break. A player on Break is considered an Inactive Player with the exception that they return to Active status at the end of their declared Break."

Disputes between two Players that do not involve rule conflict, including arguments, disagreements or other challenges may be resolved through a Tug of War.
For a Tug of War to be initiated one Player must challenge another player to a Tug of War, stating their reason for doing so on the public fora. If and when the challenged player accepts the challenge a Tug of War will be initiated, and will be officially announced at the start of the next turn.
After the start of the next turn Players may indicate that they wish to support one of the two challenging Players. They may only do so only once for each Tug of War. At the end of this turn the Seniority Points of each Players supporters are totaled and the challenging Player whose side has the most Seniority Points is declared 'The Victor' of that particular dispute.

In a Nomicount, each voter ranks the candidates in decending order from favorite to least favorite on their ballot and Vote Points are awarded based on the rankings.
Each player may rank each candidate only once, but need not rank all candidates nor use every ranking (for instance, a voter's ballot might only contain a 1st place ranking and a 4th place ranking).
If there are N candidates, then Vote Points are awarded like so:
